ABOUT US
Krisken’s started over 30 years ago with the founder Ken McGrew. Ken’s son Rob grew up watching his dad and started learning how to work on hot tubs at the age of 10. After graduation Rob chose a different path in tuck pointing. After 10 years of dedication to that company, Rob felt a calling to come back to Krisken’s. He has been working diligently and non stop at servicing northern Indiana in all their hot tub, fireplace and pool needs for the last 11 years. When given the opportunity to take over the family business he didn’t have to think twice! He is very excited to carry on the family business and looks forward to many years ahead helping our customers dreams come true with all their outdoor recreational wants and needs!!!

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

IS DELIVERY AND SET UP INCLUDED WITH YOUR HOT TUBS?
Yes it is!!!!! We see through your experience from the beginning until the end. We want you to LOVE your new hot tub and that starts with us!!! We like to set ourselves apart from many other hot tub companies and offer that service free of charge!! We will deliver, hook up and fill your hot tub. Walk you through operating your hot tub as well as care and maintenance!!
DO YOUR HOT TUBS COME WITH A WARRANTY?
Our new hot tubs come with a 1-5 year warranty depending on the model. A bonus to buying a master spa direct through us is your parts AND labor are included in your warranty through the duration of your warranty.
DO YOU OFFER EMERGENCY SERVICE AFTER HOURS?
We do!! If you are a established customer and have purchased your pool and hot tub through Kriskens you always come first!!! Even after hours if we decide it is a emergency situation. We are here 24-7, 365 days a year!!
DO YOU SELL HOT TUB AND POOL CHEMICALS?
We offer a large selection of professional pool and spa chemicals concentrated and top of the line not found in large box stores. Ensuring the highest quality of chemicals to our customers is top priority.
ARE YOUR HOT TUBS AMERICAN MADE?
We are very proud to say yes!! Our hot tubs are American made with USA parts!!
DO YOU OFFER ABOVE GROUND POOL INSTALLATION AND LINER REPLACEMENT.
Yes we do!! We have our very own in house installer that installs our pools and liners. If you purchase a pool or a liner through us rest assured that you are our top priority and our installer does not install pools outside of Kriskens to ensure timely installation.
DO YOU OFFER WATER TESTING AND HAVE A TRAINED PROFESSIONAL ABLE TO GUIDE AND EXPLAIN HOT TUB OR POOL CHEMICALS.
Yes! Bring us a water sample and let us help you have beautiful clear water and set you up on a simple chemical routine that you will love!!
DO YOU OFFER FINANCING?
We have a great financing company that we work with to get the lowest interest we can for our clients!
WHAT OTHER SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?
If you live in Rochester, we offer a weekly chemical route service for hot tubs. We also provide gas log cleanings and installation, hot tub repairs and above ground pool plumbing repairs and replacement parts.
